Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about antenna installation, service, and more.

How many channels can I get?

Most customers get 30–60 free channels depending on location, antenna height, and local signal strength.

Do I need internet or cable?

Nope! Our antennas pull in over-the-air broadcasts from local towers — no monthly bill, ever.

How long does installation take?

Most installs are completed in 2–4 hours. We’ll test signal quality and set up TVs as part of the visit.

Can you mount antennas on the roof or attic?

Yes. We install on rooftops, gable soffits, chimneys, or even towers — wherever gets you the best signal.

Do I need a special TV?

Almost all modern TVs support antennas. We’ll check your setup to ensure compatibility before starting.

Not finding your question here?

Can you install antennas in rural areas?

Yes. We specialize in rural installations across Wisconsin. We use long-range outdoor antennas and signal boosters to deliver the best possible reception, even in low-signal zones.

What if I already have an old antenna?

We’ll inspect your existing setup and let you know if it can be reused or upgraded. Many times we can work with your current wiring and improve performance with a modern antenna.

Will I get local channels like FOX, ABC, and PBS?

Yes. Most installations receive major local networks such as ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, PBS, MeTV, and more — all free over-the-air, depending on your location and signal strength.

Do I need a separate antenna for each TV?

No. In most cases, we can connect a single outdoor antenna to multiple TVs using a splitter and your home’s existing coaxial wiring.

Can I use an antenna with streaming services like Roku or Fire Stick?

Absolutely. An antenna gives you live local channels, and your streaming service covers apps like Netflix and Hulu. You get the best of both worlds — live TV and on-demand.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We offer free quotes by phone or text. If needed, we can also perform a free signal check to make sure your location is a good fit before installation.

What happens if the signal isn’t good enough?

Before we complete an install, we always check signal strength using professional tools. If your location doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll recommend alternatives or refund your deposit.

Do you offer tower installations?

Yes. For locations where rooftop mounting isn’t high enough, we offer antenna towers and mast poles to raise the antenna and improve signal reception.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We install commercial-grade, weather-resistant HDTV antennas built for long-range reception. We also use high-quality mounts, coaxial cable, and optional signal boosters.

Is the installation covered by warranty?

Yes. We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you experience issues with signal or hardware, contact us and we’ll make it right.
